Terms of Service

By accessing or using the MAXES platform ('The Service'), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

MAXES provides an Enterprise Asset Management and Operational Intelligence platform. The service includes, but is not limited to, data orchestration, maintenance management, inventory control, and AI-assisted analytics via the ORION engine. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to hack, destabilize, or reverse engineer any part of the MAXES infrastructure.
• Upload any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
• Use the AI engine (ORION) to generate fraudulent or misleading operational evidence.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MAXES and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of MAXES. You retain all ownership rights to the operational data (Customer Data) you upload to the Service.

Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. Billing is handled according to the terms agreed upon in your specific Service Agreement or Purchase Order. Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

In no event shall MAXES, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
